What this website collects

If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, business name, business type, message and any workflow plan you choose to attach. We use this information to respond, assess your request and keep relevant business correspondence.

Our hosting and security systems process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. The contact form uses a hashed representation of the connection IP for rate limiting; the counters reset after one hour, and records older than 24 hours are cleaned up during form processing.

The workflow planner

The planner uses preset rules in your browser. It does not call an AI model or connect to your business systems. Its answers are not submitted to us unless you choose “Discuss this plan” and then send the contact form. When you choose to share a plan, it is held in browser session storage for transfer to the contact page. You can remove it before sending, and it is cleared after a successful enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

We do not install advertising or analytics cookies. The contact page uses an essential session cookie to secure form submissions. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax and is not used for marketing. The separate webmail service uses its own essential authentication and preference cookies.

Service providers and processing

The website and mailbox run on our server hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery and security and may process connection information through its global network. Our mail infrastructure handles enquiries. We do not send contact-form messages to an AI provider for analysis.

We do not sell your enquiry information. We disclose it only where needed to operate these services, answer your request, fulfil a legal obligation or protect the service.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and related business or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer required. Technical records are retained according to operational and security needs; inactive form rate-limit counters are cleaned up during form processing.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable. We may need to verify your request. Where consent is the applicable basis, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. You may also contact your relevant privacy authority.

Future client workflows

Any future AI implementation that processes business or customer information requires a separate agreed scope, permissions and appropriate data handling terms. This website notice does not authorise access to your business systems.
