OUR APPROACH

One useful workflow.
A clear way forward.

A focused pilot gives your business a way to evaluate AI in real work, with a defined scope and a human owner.

01

Discover the real task.

Walk through the process as it happens today. Identify who owns it, which tools it touches and where the friction is.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A workflow map, starting measurements and a recommended first task.

02

Agree on the boundaries.

Define what the workflow can access, what it may draft and where a person must approve the next step.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A written scope covering data, review rules, tools, costs and timing.

03

Build a small pilot.

Configure the workflow around approved inputs. Test normal requests, missing information and situations that should be handed to a person.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A pilot, representative test cases and clear fallback instructions.

04

Review what changes.

Compare the pilot against the starting point. Look at quality and correction effort alongside speed. Decide together whether to refine, expand or stop.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A practical review of results and a documented next-step decision.

05

Hand over with confidence.

Document the process and explain how to operate, update and pause it. Agree separately on any ongoing support.

YOU LEAVE WITH

Team guidance, ownership and a handover checklist.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you start.

Do I need to replace my existing tools?

Not necessarily. We begin by looking at the tools and process you already have. Any integration depends on access, technical compatibility and the scope we agree.

Will AI send messages to my customers automatically?

Customer-facing output starts with human review. The pilot scope defines what can happen automatically and what requires approval.

What if my data is sensitive?

We define the minimum data needed and who may access it before implementation. Please don’t send customer records, passwords or sensitive information through the website contact form.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on complexity and access. We agree on a pilot schedule after understanding the task.

How are fees and tool costs handled?

Implementation fees and any ongoing software or model costs are identified in the scope before paid work begins. Ongoing support is agreed separately.

Can I try something before contacting you?

Yes. Our workflow planner uses preset recommendations to help you explore a starting point. It runs in your browser without a signup or a business-system connection.
